Depends on what you mean. Since the speed of light is clearly not an issue, it may be possible for Twilight to extend her reach beyond the observable universe to what lies beyond. It is currently unknown, and likely unknowable, how big the entire universe is; by the same token, it is unknown what would happen if a physical entity were to grow larger than its host universe in the absence of relativistic effects.
Space is big. Really big. You just won’t believe how vastly hugely mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it’s a long way down the road to the chemist, but that’s just peanuts to space…
