Anyways, i’m sorry if you feel like I was attacking you for liking Discord, I personally don’t like him and dislike the way he treated some of the characters in the show, before he realized he was foolish for doing it.

Whatever, I still prefer Cozy Glow over him, and she’s not even a well established villain and was robbed of being given the opportunity to reform herself, all thanks to Discord’s stupid actions.
I mean it is the reason why he is the way he is tho the story has established that im not saying hes perfect, but he is a work in progress who wishes to be better and has improved, simplifying him as only being a D* narrows down one of the most characterized characters in the series, that isn’t even a opinion whatever u feel about his character, he objectively has more characterization not presented by fanfics and headcanon but in story than a lot of other characters.
Saying Discord is the way he is because he’s the spirit of chaos and disharmony, is an excuse for him to act like a d*ck, is the same as Batman being able to overcome anything, cuz he’s BATMAN, duh. :B

I’ll give you at least this, Discord was an ok character from seasons 2, 3 and 4, but from seasons 5 and onwards, his character growth went down the toilet when he continued to act like a douche bag and pretended to be Grogar.
I just wanted to say that it’s a stretch to say all normal fans hate Discord.

He has to learn that from experience discord in S3 wouldn’t care about trying to make up for his actions
