Real-life nitpicking/fact: Spike’s right about the stomach ache, and gladly she shouldn’t be in any danger from the cyanide from the seeds since a fatal amount of hydrogen cyanide is reached by crushing around 2k seeds, not by eating whole.
So she’s gonna feel really sick, and be burping for a while. In that regard the apple coming up her throat wasn’t exactly far-fetched.
Pretty sure she’s overdosing on the vitamins and stuff, but I can’t bother to check ATM.
