Well, Twilight was just actually trying to help. She thought the pearl could be the only thing to defeat the Storm King and his army . She even get carried away by trying to steal the pearl believing that this could be the only way to save Equestria from the Storm King’s wrath.
That’s right and Twilight blew it.
Novo only agreed to help them by the end of Pinkie’s song. Before that Novo outright refused to help the Mane6.
The thing is she didn’t have to stress over it because Novo was going to agree to help them and Twilight blew it at the last minute.
It wasn’t a great move by any means but somewhat understandable considering how stressed Twilight was about the pearl being their last hope to save Equestria.
I don’t hate her either she’s practically one of my waifus. The only thing that I hate is Twilight trying to steal the pearl, that was a real dick move on her part.
I never saw the hate for her to be honest.
