“and that’s it for now! hopefully the time between this and the next page won’t be as long as last time, but as said, i only have a vague guideline for the story and make up most dialogue on the spot, so sometimes it takes a good bit of trial and error. also what sounds easy in the script, like “dialogue between luna and the nightmare mirror before she loosens the elements of harmony” turns into much more when brought onto paper :D  
some notes:  
this whole story takes place in between season 1 and 2, which is why i tried to keep luna’s appearance ambiguous.  
when the nightmare mirror overtakes someone, a small part remains in the mirror as a sort of failsafe. this explains why nightmare moon didn’t use the same kind of “ancient lingo” as luna when she first appeared - the mirror had heard contemporary speech during his waiting time.”
