While this is breaking away from the trend of nit picking everyone else is doing… The game is Minecraft, the mods are Minelittlepony (with a princess luna skin) and prooobably the galacticraft mod.
I realise too late that someone will bring it up.. No, it’s probably not a MMMod texture pack. The terrain is also too flat, and I really doubt anyone would bother with something like that. I’m going to guess it’s just a moon and dirt reskin.
Hmm, the only other mod that I know of that lets you go to the moon is Galactic Craft.
It’s pretty good, but it’s WIP.

If Luna isn’t in suspended animation, it’s Hell. Or Moonstuck, but that’s a weird moon.
If it’s the Marvelous Moon Mod then it’s not very good.
