Sonic was on his way back to Twilight’s old castle where Twi, Flash, Quaze, Star, and Spike were staying after foiling another one of Doctor Eggman’s latest schemes. The sun had already went down and by now a full moon glowed in the night sky. Sonic was busy thinking about what to eat for dinner when heard a commotion from a nearby building.

‘CRASH’

Sonic (raised an eyebrow): Huh? What was that?

Sonic soon got his answer when something or someone bumped into him and sent him to the ground. The blue hero rubbed his head as bruise formed on his head. Whoever it was that bumped into him had quite a hard head.

Sonic (rubbing his head): Ow… what hit me?

?????: Oh sorry I didn’t see you there! You ok?!

Sonic opened his eyes and looked in front of him to see a navy blue stallion with blue eyes and a blond yellow mane and tail that were spiked almost like it was human hair around 18 years old in human standards. However what caught Sonic’s attention was the strange body suit he was wearing. It was silver with what appeared to high tech purple circuit lines on the sides of the suit not mention a strange purple backpack connected to a strap that prevented it from falling up. Also both sides of the suit for the stallion’s forelegs a strange purple wheel symbol was etched into the suit.

Sonic (nods and smiles): Yeah I’m just a bruise. Say you new around here and what’s with the strange getup your wearing?

The stallion was about reply when looked at his body and suit. His blue eyes shrunk with disbelief and dismay before panic quickly took over him looking over his entire body. Sonic just raised an eyebrow with a confused look on his face as other ponies stallions walked by minding their own business while the blue hero watched the darker blue stallion panic until he couldn’t handled it anymore.

?????? (screams in shock and panic): WAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!

Everyone stopped in their tracks and looked at the stallion who blushed in embarrassment. Sonic quickly decided to take control of the situation and tell everyone to move on.

Sonic (nervously chuckles before saying to everyone who saw the scene): Uh heh… alright move along nothing to see here.

All the stallions and mares kept walking leaving the two stallions in the road as cars honked at them. The two got off the road just as the cars, trucks, and semis rolled down the road heading for their destinations. Sonic looked at the stallion who at last calmed down from his sudden realization.

Sonic: Well that was embarrassing. The way you panicked I take it this isn’t your real form or your not from around here.

??????: Yeah. I can’t believe this is actually me. The truth is… I’m actually a human.

Sonic (shook his head and exclaimed in disbelief): A human?! That’s impossible!

?????? (nods): Trust me. I am and I’m not sure where here is or what is this place.

Sonic: Oh this is Ponyville one of the major cities for Eques and its not far from the capital city of Cantalot.

??????: Ponyville and Cantalot never heard of them before. By the way do you know anyone who could help me find my dad and his team.

Sonic: Well there’s Princess Twilight the leader of Eques who I’m friends with and her family. (realizes something) Wait! I kinda forgot to introduce myself! The name is Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog. And you are?

??????: Vert. Vert Wheeler. Nice to meet you Sonic.

The two did an equestrian handshake as the two were now friends.

Vert: So… where’s this Twilight character and her family?

Sonic: Follow me I’ll take you to Twi’s old castle that’s where Twilight and her family are staying. (begins to walk before looking back at Vert) Hey! You coming?

Vert: Coming! (trots after Sonic as the two headed for Twi’s old castle)
