Kinda short-selling him on the Intelligence stat, IMHO. I’d swap his Intelligence and Charisma stats–he’s a lot smarter than you’d expect (being educated by Twilight Sparkle, after all), and despite being a dragon, he’s not that impressive.

Also, his Endurance should be WAY up there, maybe a 10? Being a dragon, he’s practically indestructible. Maybe shave a couple points off of Agility to balance, since he can be a real klutz at times.
