If this was Friendship City, then Velvet Remedy would not be there. She was still grieving with the Applejackβs Rangers at the time.
The poster would be my guess, if its the presence of the blood on the dead Enclave soldier, that would be βGrimdarkβ not βSuggestiveβ. So the poster is really the only thing that comes to mind for the tag.
