Sprout was a dumbass in the movie, but he was literally raised that way. if anything it was his mother who was the real villain for raising him like that.

I think he was a nice villain, he was an antagonist to sunny ideals and show that fear of others can end up in aggresion.
But what i like the most is that the writters could had made him a hateful bastard like chancellor neighsay … but instead they made him into one of the funniest characters of the movie, hopefully we get more of this guy in the future.

Saying Sprout ruined the movie is just the worst and inaccurate. He is really funny in it and his song is really catchy. One of my favorite Ken Jeong performances.
