Possibly then just drinking the resulting mixture it out of a large erlenmeyer flask. They’re handy because even if you get clumsy, their low center of gravity makes them hard to tip over.
Twilight being Twilight, she’d probably use a Klein bottle. And then get hung up trying to figure out which side is the inside.

You know what, you’re right about the wings thing, when I stop and think about it for half a second. >.< Of course, something person-sized couldn’t fly with wings that small anyway, so magic has to be involved one way or another. Still, I guess I may have overestimated her weight. If so, that makes the amount she drunk even more superhuman…superequine?
I should 3d model a bathroom scale and a put her character model on it, to see how much she actually weighs! XD
As for how she drank it… one of the cool things about making stories is people being able to have their own interpretations/headcanon of things I don’t show, so I won’t “word of god” it.
…that said, if I were writing/showing it, I’d probably show her with some nice chemistry glassware, mixing a neutral spirit like vodka with a basic mixer like cola or juice. Possibly then just drinking the resulting mixture it out of a large erlenmeyer flask. They’re handy because even if you get clumsy, their low center of gravity makes them hard to tip over.
…or so I’ve heard. I’ve certainly never done that exact thing myself. Nope. >.>

Wings are full of feathers and fluff. The muscle is pretty much all in the chest. Also, in normal world a flying creature would have hollow bones and other adaptations, which would make Twilight’s weight much less, probably less even than Juicebox’s (of course, this is a world of magic, so Twilight could fly even with bones of depleted uranium).
I’m with Smithers, tho, she doesn’t look 350lbs. Even at 7 foot tall.
The real question, tho, is how did she drink it? 101 shot glasses? Mixed with something (an OK cola perhaps)? Maybe she got fancy and did vodka martinis (shaken, not stirred)? Measured out in a chem lab beaker, for science? Or just chugged from the bottle?

Well, I’ve learned some things about archaic measurement units!
WRT the amount of alcohol, it’s entirely possible that my numbers could have been better. Back-of-the-envelope and all that, so I totally concede that I may have been off. >.<
My thinking was that a little googling suggested that some healthy 7’ tall women are in the 250+ range, plus wings which are all full of strong muscle. Maybe still an over-estimate? WRT weight and the LD50, my research may have been to hasty/sloppy. Twilight would disapprove! D:
In any case, the main point the answer to “How much did she drink?” is “Too much for a normal pony”, which I hope comes across. :)

I worked it out, and IIRC for a 200lb man, that amount is around the LD50 (read, you will likely literally die) amount of booze.
Wikipedia extrapolates the LD50 in rats to get 500mL for a 150lb human, which is a bit higher than you got. I don’t know enough about the biology of either to comment on the accuracy of such extrapolation. I do know that if you feed a rat a lethal dose of alcohol, it’s going to keep it down. Humans have a habit of sending the alcohol back out the way it came in when things get dangerous, which rats don’t. Horses don’t either, FWIW.
Not sure Twilight looks quite tol enough to be 350lb and still that skinny. She’s got what, less than a foot on Juicebox here? I suppose those wings of hers are counting for some of that too though.

We can blame the English for that. “Proof” is an old word for test, and alcoholic beverages were tested for tax reasons - those that tested “over proof” were taxed higher than those that tested “under proof”. The formula the English used involved dividing by 13, and since Americans hate math they simplified it to 50% alcohol is 100 proof (they did the same thing for ship’s tonnage measurement - the English formula divided by 94, the American by 100).
<rant> The old English system existed for a reason though, as it was based on just that - a test. Specifically, 100 proof was the minimum amount of alcohol that you could soak gunpowder in it and the gunpowder would still light. Once you’ve established a proper way of measuring percentages instead of just trying to set things on fire, there’s no point carting around an extra number when just the ABV will do. Especially one with the same name as but a different value to a pre-existing scale.

Yeah, “proof” is a dumb measurement. But I needed her to do math that was SLIGHTLY too hard for her alcohol soaked brain. :)
I worked it out, and IIRC for a 200lb man, that amount is around the LD50 (read, you will likely literally die) amount of booze. For a 350lb woman (just guessing at her weight, given that she is super tol) it is “needs assistance standing” amount of drunkenness. Which is where super liver kicks in.
Yes, I did research. Twilight would approve. :)

I remember those series. IMO the hottest part was the stripping sequence in between which doesn’t seem to be linked from either? It seems to consider itself parts 6-10 of the “Luna holding a wine glass” sequence but the linkage is not mutual (I guess because of the shift into sexual?)

Anyway, 440mL of ethanol is about 3x what I’ve had tonight and I can say with some certainty her dose would be enough to KO me. I wouldn’t actually be on the floor, I think my chair would hold me seated, much to the amusement of my Tuesday night pub-from-home video call.
You should see how much Luna can drink when she parties.
Considering how much Luna drinks when merely bored on a train ride, I’d assume when she parties she rivals the fanon’s wildest interpretations of Berry Punch.
