This final evolution has no opposable thumbs with which to apply its intelligence. It’s wings are too small to generate lift in comparison to its body, and it’s head is oversized to the point of causing imbalance, and it can barely walk without falling on its head. There are no further stages of this evolutionary line, because this last stage died out in a single generation.
