Alright, thanks for the info. I really like her design and her character sounds cool too. I like characters that challenge the status quo but aren’t just obviously evil or idiotic.

She leads a social engineering project, which is referred to as “Reorganisation.” It’s split into five different settlements, each with a different model and level of intensity. It’s kind of “Our Town” but a lot milder, it’s based around social organisation and doesn’t go into CMs or really magic at all. It’s more about introducing new species to a milder version of Our Town-ism, or maybe a halfway between Our Town and “normal” Equestria.

Would anybody be willing to explain this OC a bit? She’s currently got 7 images on derpibooru, a really cool name, and an interesting design that seems to point towards Our Town. She seems neat but I don’t know anything else about her.
