Uh, of course he can? Sprout’s not racist and bigoted in purpose. All the 3 races learned even in SCHOOL that they ALWAYS were separated and that the other races were dangerous, dumb and etc.
Sprout always believed in that like everypony else. It’s not like one thing that happened would make a entire reality that you believed your entire life fade away instantly. I believe we’ll find A LOT of ponies, Pegasus and unicorns like Sprout on The series. Because that’s realism.
Sprout can change and redeem himself. He just need friends and a lot of time.
