The idea I had was that Chrysalis ambushes Cadance, steals her clothes and then hides her somewhere underneath the Crystal Empire, as part of her plan to take Cadance’s place. However Cadence knew about Chrysalis’s plan so she pretends to be incapacitated by Chrysalis to lure her into a false sense of security. When Chrysalis isn’t paying any attention Cadance attacks her and channels soo much love to Chrysalis that it starts pouring out of her (Chrysalis’s) mouth and tear ducts. Causing her to die. (edit: this also causes her disguise to disappear)

I don’t know how to write myself so I won’t write any story about this (maybe if by some miracle I can learn to write a proper story I will). But if anyone else wants to, they can do so.
