I don’t know, I think it’s already broken no matter if Misty does this or that. The G5 has been a failure, they are facts, less merch, less fanbase, less money, interest, etc. It has not been done well and that’s it, the characters and especially the protagonist, are boring and mediocre, in the best of cases copies of the M6 with another color. Their world is not interesting, and the “villains” are the same, I don’t think this is going anywhere. But I don’t see it as a bad thing, MLP needs to rest as IP, and in a few years to resurface with all the creative potential of good designers and even who knows if AI xD.
