I think it has nothing to do with the nature of the content. Forget that kneejerk reaction. I like the way Fluttershy’s mouth looks and her face, but otherwise her anatomy is pretty off. To me the legs and where they attach to the body seems off, and maybe some find it uncanny looking.

Fetish and kink stuff like vore, feet, giants, mawshots, inflation, etc are the most attacked on this site (I’ll refrain from pointing out some other things in this comment that need saying) unless either the artist is popular and draws them really well or the way they’re drawn in general by anyone is appealing. They can be hit or miss, but in most cases it’s miss because of the fetish itself.

Usually the uploader will forget to add the right tags or will add the wrong ones in by accident which will bring in those who either already blacklisted the tags they don’t want to see or ones who never blacklisted them yet, hence the downvotes. That part makes sense. However…for those who didn’t blacklist them when all appropriate tags are right there to do so will downvote for no reason just to flex the downvote button on an image they never need to see by using the blacklist feature for the right tags which also includes artist tags.

Also in other cases most people will have the ‘everything’ filter on which will show all fetishes/kinks and sexual/lewd stuff, another reason for downvotes.
