It really depends on a couple different factors.
Firstly, if Star, of his own free will, wants to get dicked down (and not because of estrus), then it’d be gay for him.
Secondly if the other stallion (or GMHAA) is aware that Star is really a stallion transformed into Twilight and not really Twilight herself, then it’d be gay for the other stallion (or GMHAA).
