That would still raise the question of why they’re not part of Royal Family at present.
Well, the pony in the image you linked does seem a bit older than the one we see in this image, so it might be possible they are the same pony.
Different manestyle though, and they don’t really interact with her even if they’re related to her.

Nope. She’s the only pony besides Haven who has a crown, so she quite likely is her mom. Would explain where Pipp’s pink coat comes from.
