Imagine if Black Belle and Tempest actually crossed paths and met each other, that’d be pretty cool.
Someone pointed out that Black Belle looked like Tempest Shadow so editing her model shouldn’t be a problem too.
Although given the comic she first appeared in kinda used show assets, I doubt it would’ve been that hard to begin with.
