Well… I got about a decade on ya I suppose. But our local Walmart actually had them at one point for around $14.99 each. We also had a Gamestop near there as well that sold them for around that same price point. If you went to some specialty shop then of course they were gonna price gouge ya on them around that time as they were popular.

You imply that I was old enough (or had the financial ability) to buy one of those.
I am only 24, my friend. Back when MLP was popular I was in middle school. The ones at the comic shop were a lot more expensive than the $20 that they initially costed (the one I saw was on sale for about $40).
Umm… when these figures came out they were only $10-$20 at most, so hardly expensive.
Also…. you must be new if you haven’t at least seen or head of Nootaz even in passing. Or just don’t get on here much. Either/or. There’s over 1200 images of Noot to poke through if you are interested though. XD
Okay…what is this? Who is Nootaz? Why does Nootaz look so much like Derpy, sans the crossed eyes?
Love the box, though. I have seen those Funko-made figurines in my local comic shop in years past, and they were always beautiful to look at. Never got my hands on one, though, as they were always too expensive for me to afford at the time. Nonetheless, it’s nice to see other artists paying tribute to that toy line for G4 MLP.
noots just my silly oc, i just like to draw a lot a lot
