When I was diagnosed with Ciliacs it made social things like this awkward. It even had some offended.
Although, I do miss it. I used to eat to the point I hated pizza. Yet, being social at a Church pizza night was the best. Things were a tad bit more flexible. There was a reason for people to hang around.
