I can do one Better. In 2014-2015 escaped a Prisioner in the USA by Starving himself so much, that he could Climb through the Bars of his Window and down a Rope. He was found Dead 2 Days later, cause he Celebrated his Escape by a All-You-Can-Eat-Buffet. He Ate himself to Death

As someone who does intermitent fasting, Hitch is correct on this, it can be harmful to eat too much or too consistant food after a long time. I believe it’s called the refeeding syndrome.

Feeding someone too much at once after they’re starved to such a degree can actually be seriously harmful (and even deadly in some cases!), so Hitch is right to cut down the portion.
