Fluttershy: Afro-Romani (US)

Rainbow Dash: Filipina
Pinkie Pie: Irish American
Applejack: whatever the white mixed european US southerner ethnicity can be classified as idk

Nice.
Fluttershy and Twilight’s head could use some more contrast though, maybe make the hair a smidge brighter. Like Rainbows and Raritys faces pop out more because our their contrasting face and hair tones. Right now the dark shades ontop of each other make it slightly difficult to make out their faces.
