I think Hol would fire first, but Pinkie would dodge, close the distance and blast him point-blank. Mr. Horse would think he was about to die for a moment, only to realize the Party Cannon was only loaded with confetti. Then they’d have a hearty laugh together, much like he did with Polnareff, only after the battle this time, rather than before.
He’d also be confounded by how she dodged The Emperor’s shots, but there’s no explanation for most things Pinkie does, and this would be no exception.
Stand phasing in vs the ability to bring objects from thin air, a match to be sure!
