Thank you!! 😁 And yeah, even though I still like Stormblazer, Zipp does say she’s not interested in romance in Secret Ad-mare-rer. That’s another reason why I prefer Pitch and pair it up with Sunny x Izzy–I don’t think Zipp would mind if she was the “fifth wheel” of the group. (If she’d even consider herself as such.) While the couples would flirt she’d just happily watch her venus flytrap 😝 Whereas I think Pipp would be more eager to get a love interest.

Ooh, there´s a fair bit to talk about there, but I think the one thing that makes Pipp and Hitch more compatible is that they have so much in common?

Both of them are confident to the point of arrogance, both are and have always been popular in their respective communities, and have the best people skills in the mane cast. Both seem to fear letting others down and failure (With Pipp it’s more blatant, with Hitch it’s more subtextual.) Both are good with kids (Pipp already has a great relationship with Sparky, and she’s also great around her young Pippsqueaks) They have similar interests, like having an interest in beauty products (Given how Hitch has a ‘perfect mane’ I wouldn’t put it past him to know his fair share of styling, and we know he uses hydrating face masks off of Ali-conned.) As well as the obvious shared interest of loving music. (I STILL find it weird that they haven’t directly bonded about this yet. I mean music was the FIRST hobby we ever knew Hitch had. It’s always been quiiiite the coincidence how his biggest hobby is the occupation of another character in his friend group 🤔🤔)

Also, they’re both real hard-workers. Pipp has no reason to work in…anything, really. She’s a princess, she’s loaded with cash. Yet she’s a popstar and also runs a salon for no other reason than because she wants to. They both know what it’s like to work so hard and be passionate about doing so. It’s even something they briefly bond over in the My Little Pony podcast.

This latter point is probably the only major thing Pitch has over Stormblazer I think. Canon has implied that Zipp isn’t all that responsible–she bails on her friends when they do activities she doesn’t like, and in the My Little Pony podcast she’s constantly been absent to join Pipp on the podcast. If there’s anything I think Hitch wouldn’t like about Zipp this would be it, given how uber-responsible he is. He could also not really be into what a rebel Zipp is, given that he takes following rules so seriously. Pipp seems to be the only other pony in the group that ISN’T a rebel. She was angry about how the falling out of her concert lead to her being a criminal, and she’s always resistant to rebelling against Haven (Chastisizing Zipp for not listening to her in the movie, and being worried about playing hooky on Portrait Day in Portrait of a Princess.)

Aaaand that’s all that’s coming to mind at the moment, though there might still be more similarities tbh that can make them compatible tbh.

Yeah, i can see… perhaps I’ve confused “chemistry” with “compatibility” and it’s kinda sadly true, Hitch and Zipp do have more interaction between each other in general as opposed as Hitch and Pipp. But still I would like to listen to what and why you find Pitch more compatible ( i do too)

As someone who ships Hitch x Pipp more I actually think Hitch x Zipp have more chemistry, given that they interact more and thus have more of a relationship. What I think Hitch and Pipp have over them is that they’re more compatible.

Is there something you’re not telling us, Izzy?

I mean, I couldn’t see the chemistry at the end of the movie, and shipped Pipp and Hitch based on that one interaction where Hitch agrees with her (when they’re walking through the field) but I dunno, Zipp and Hitch just have a great, bantering dynamic

*manifesting Pitch as “”“endgame””” *. Guys I really can’t feel the chemistry between Zipp and Hitch, as opposed as Pipp and Hitch. Dunno what to say, it’s the same scenario as Appledash for me, i feel the same way about them too.

Maybe Izzy just wants Zipp all to herself.

Best solution: Hitch gets Zipp and Pipp, then Izzy can keep Sunny to herself.

Hitch and Zipp deserve to be together 🥺👊
