What kind of expression is that? That is a weird presneeze face. It looks more like she got stung by a bee or is in some weird pain from a body cramp.
I find it funny how her red nose is literally a red dot brush. They could have done that more elegantly. Without the “sneezing” tag, I would never know this is a sneeze.
