Trust me guys, I’ve got a good feeling about this!

Red- I’ll be a neutral villain with no evil intentions, I’m not with the ponies or other villains so the Elements won’t work on me. You can’t use them against someone who isn’t evil, and Fluttershy can’t reform me because unlike Discord, my heart is rock solid and don’t care about friends. Even if they beat me, I will never die. Soon, I caneventually reign over Equestria!

Green- Earth ponies aren’t that bad, I could also lie to them that my favorite pony is my least favorite.
 
Blue- I won’t fit in, but through sheer willpower and Twilight’s lesson in Bridle Gossip, they will befriend me. ;)

Red, what can i say? I like power! and i will never be “normal”? pfft… normality is overrated.

What loophole ? You must sleep every night at home - so even if you’re in the same building you won’t be able to hang out with her since night is when she comes to Canterlot and she sleeps during the day.

I chose green. While I don’t like the special treatment the other ones have I think this one maybe the worst of the 3 because of who I’d have to live with.  
Least favorite pony would probably have to be Diamond Tiara. I swear she just lives to cause other people’s suffering and to make herself feel better no matter what happens.
 
I would avoid contact with her as much as possible, as she can easily make my life hell. Whether she is forcing me to do things or blackmailing ponies to make my life miserable for not doing the things she wants.  
Avoiding contact is pretty much unavoidable since I would be living with her.  
Maybe I could talk with Filthy Rich about raising his daughter to be nice with everyone.

Red, however I wouldn’t be a villain in the show’s way. Instead I would be like the equestria version of Amon, and instead of violence just be the head of a political movement by whatever species is looked down upon and rock the boat in ways the ponies don’t like. Yeah, with that choice I would be defeated, however with that option I would be a hero to non-ponies and non-evil thus the elements of harmony would not work on me since if you are working towards harmony I doubt the magical manifestation of harmony would work on something promoting harmony.

AJ is my fav, but not in a way where choosing blue would disappoint me. I’m cool with this. Whether I knew the final choice or not, which I or another will post soon, I think I’d stick with what I have now.
