I’m not sure how serious you are…I mean, it was pretty clear that the 53 alicorns comment was a joke. :P
Here’s the thing I honestly don’t understand. It’s not folks that are for or against alicorns. That’s not important. I worry that some people seem so caught up in this negative cloud to the point where they can no longer escape it. When one gets so caught up pessimism and negativity, it’s hard to see anything positive at all. :/
Speaking as one who loves to laugh every chance I can get (I am Pinkie Pie), I don’t know why people would allow themselves to be so miserable. I see a lot of people suffering. I want to help, but I don’t know how.
One alicorn here, one alicorn there, next thing we know we’re already at 5 and still going.
I hope we don’t get Skyla, but I see it as an inevitability. All little girls want to be princesses, and that’s all that matters.
That “53 alicorns” comment is probably true and we’ll see an island of alicorns so Hasbro can pick and chose, to their heart’s content, a pony princess toy to release.
Here’s the lore i’m already imaging:
All mares have the potential to turn into Princesses, and when their time comes to leave Equestria, they are taken to a magical island that caters to their every need. They laugh, play, and share tales with one another of their happy times in Equestria.
A small little note will state that only alicorns can reside on the island and no regular pony can go there as the island will reject them to give it that “gritty” undertone.
