The 11th Doctor was being a jerk to undermine him. The 9th Doctor was the monster who nearly sacrifice humans to Gelth, and who endanger many with his vendetta on Daleks only stopping because of Rose. It eb good if he was on The Day of the Docotr, and Rose use his errors against him showing the war one was better suhc as keeping promises when the 9th and 11th ones lie and breaks them, the war ones sees through lies while the 9th one falls for them, and the war one respecting humans while the 9th one prejurdyces them.
