According to The Hub’s Facebook page and Twitter account, Trixie is a background pony (as are Princess Luna, Daring-Do[sic], DJ Pon-3, Spitfire, Princess Twilight, Queen Chrysalis, and Zecora).
Actually, it has. With clones and recolors included. But she’s still not a background pony.
The point does stand for Trixie though. Her design has never been used as background filler.
But…Cloud Chaser is fine since team background needs a new pegasus but Trixie?
