This reminds me of School of Friendship

It is Twilight’s power symbol we see on the floor, she only uses the eight-pointed star in official service instead of her own cutie mark which she may have reserved for private use such as for books seen in the library in Zephyr Heights. It’s not Canterlot, the architecture seems a bit more modern in structure, but it’s not Twilight’s castle either. It reminds of… a church or a temple. It even has a choir at one end with something reminiscent of an altar stone.

Eight stars? What were these stars supposed to symbolize? Twilight’s cutie mark is about six stars. Is it about the alicorns? Celestia, Luna, Flurry, Cadence, Twilight - three missing. We know of two others, the interim Cozy Glow and Opaline.

Perhaps it is a hidden part of Zephyr Heights that was once a place of residence for Twilight who is supposed to have hidden one part of the blanket under the throne in the pegasi royal castle.
