Certainly. Simply put, for me it’s an advanced form of butt pain, like spanking or whipping. It’s meant for fun and I follow a strict set of rules.
 

Sorry…I don’t judge, but I do not understand this fetish….I kind of want someone to explain why this turns people on, but I feel like that would just make it weirder.

All of them aside from hard vore, plus inflation, absorption, transformation, and a whole host more. And I still can’t even comprehend what the appeal is, even from an outsider’s standpoint. I can at least understand why people might get turned on by feet, diapers or scat even if I don’t, but stuff like bee stings and sneezing, I can’t even figure out how that could be perceived as sexy with a different mind set.

Not exactly, Vorarephilia means you like being eaten, meanwhile Endosomatophilia means you like to go inside someone’s body, they can overlap, but Vorarephilia can be limited to only like being eaten, and go out by throwing up, and in Endosomatophilia, you either go through someone’s body Fantastic Voyage style, or through the mouth like a meal, and going out the natural way, I know it’s confusing, but wanted to point out the differences….
