ATG: Draw a pony partying like there is no tomorrow / Draw a pony raising the roof.

Kinda lack of ideas today, but I do like trying to use multiple meanings on things. The “spiked punch” was an old one from the show, but I was thinking of spiking the punch, so why not both. The party is going pretty hard at this point.

Sorry, combination of mood and time have had me trying really hard to think of things that are easier to draw, but still at least push trying something a little new. Also, with some of these prompts being ones used before I have to avoid doing what I did previous years which limits things further.
