Well, I honestly don’t think they’re going to write the counterparts all that different from their pony versions simply because it’s easier than coming up with a new personality, so it essentially already is less stereotypical than the toys.

And there is some parts of that argument I agree with. I just wonder how girls who really, genuinely want to be gossipy and wear makeup and skirts feel about being told that they’re not progressive.
