Of course she’s a grest ruler. I don’t find her a bad ruler. Nobody would find her a bad ruler. She and Luna, even before retiring and Twilight became the next ruler of Equestria, would still be such good ruler in the history of Equestria.

Has nothing to do with this piece though. She’s a good ruler and figurehead, but saying ‘nah I’d win’ isn’t something that any sane person says when they don’t really do any winning themselves.
Anime has so many people thinking that one has to be the strongest fighter to be the best leader, I swear.
