Honestly, almost every main character in MLP is coded to some extent.
She very likely is autistic, or is AuADHD.
My friend and i are both on the spectrum and i am AuADHD and we both notice certain ‘patterns’ with her and relate very well to her.
I also was the same when I was younger. (Also autistic)
