I played around with which frames to start and end with and usually either only part of Lyra’s movement was smooth (as it was here), or Carrot Top/Berry Punch’s, or Bon Bon/Shoeshine’s but I didn’t find a selection of frames to loop that would make it a wholesome smooth movement.
 
Now the pixelation—yes, I noticed that but I wasn’t (and still not) sure what export settings (I used Photoshop CS5) would have made a better product; they all looked really pixelated and saturated to me.
