sometimes, ideas just appear in my head randomly and i have the urge to just execute it. This idea popped into my head 3 days ago and i spent a couple of hours each day refining it. Took quite a while to figure out the camera angle for this one, because the models only look acceptably good (i.e. not weird) at very specific angles. Was quite difficult to pose Sunny because i had to translate her neck and chest bones in ways that the model was never designed to move. Had to hide the broken bones with her mane and some camera angle trickery. This is something that has to be done everytime i do a lying down pose - the proportions of the model isn’t really suited for that. The lighting for this was particularly challenging as well. None of the lights i was putting seemed to work well. Took a couple of tries but i finally found an arrangement that worked.
