Ever since my Let’s Play of Okami, I wanted to make something about Queen Otohime, the queen of the Dragonians. And, well, I finally got to it; here’s Fluttershy dressed as her! I opted not to include the floating seaweed shawl-veil, since I couldn’t really think of a way to nicely integrate it.
Also, +Culture points for making Okami fanart that does not revolve around Ammy, Rao or Celestia gussied up to look like a brush god.
