I didn’t even know there was an extreme speed animation; I’ll see if I can get the admins to auto-seizure warning those by default, because that sort of thing is absolutely a brainbleeder.
In general, anything with repeating rapid movement and/or flashing lights and strobing colors oughta be tagged. If whatever’s going on makes you have a hard time tracking it with your eyes, it’s going to damage anyone with a photosensitivity.

As a general rule, should anything that falls under the “extreme speed animation” tag also have the “seizure warning” tag applied? It’d be helpful for me to know for future reference.
