I’d rather have someone like Rainbow Dash.

Neutral B: Party Cannon. Hold B to charge, has a chance to shoot out food and a small chance to shoot out explosives.
 
Down B: Pinkie Sense. Ooh, twitchy tail! Drops various heavy objects from the top of the stage (small hay bale, flower pot, anvil, etc.)
 
Up B: Excitement. Pinkie explodes forth in a burst of energy (like that part when she got Matilda and Cranky together finally)
 
Forward B: Cake Assault. Reaches behind her into hammerspace and flings a cake. It could be a small cupcake (common, fast, flies far, low damage) all the way up to the M.M.M.M. (rare, slow, MASSIVE damage) and everywhere in between.
