okay thanks for the advice. i am making a full mane six right now with only the iris and manes and colourfull things such as the cutie marks and AJ’s hair tie. gotta watch soon for it :)

for the chrysalis, i have no idea what a chrysalis is. second, i know my hands were shaky that day. it was actually not my best day at all and i decided to draw dashie to pass the time. finally, for the size of the pony, i dont really likes small ponies as this is far more time consuming than making bigger ponies. so yeah. anyway, sooner or later i will colour everypony i will make then. just need some more material

Except for the case of black like Chrysalis, don’t tone the whole body with grey. It will make the body and mane less distinct.
 
Your lines are a bit shaky, try drawing with your shoulder and arm instead of fingers and wrist. Make fast, confident line.
 
Also don’t draw too big if you don’t need a lot of details in your picture. It just makes shading more time-consuming.
