Freedom doesn’t guarantee total equality, only equal opertunity.

Freedom refers to the general “do what you want, say what you want” idea, while liberty refers to political or institutional rules that emphasize individual rights. You can have a (classically) liberal government while still having a culture that is very restrictive in terms of what you can and can’t say, though such a culture usually leads to restrictive laws anyway. There really is a good deal of merit to this quote.

Three things we keep inching closer and closer to grasp, but can never fully obtain and we’ll never obtain for no one can. We buckle down and try to go closer and closer never stopping to appreciate how much of them we really do have with us and have work to gain.
