It’s pretty clear she had some, otherwise she would’ve been expecting exactly what she woke up to the next morning. Bringing out the “champagne” was to establish there was some significant amount of alcohol consumption in this equation.
 
Although she didn’t drink on screen, the implication is clear as day, otherwise her waking up screaming, and being “tricked, makes no sense at all.

Hard to play the pity card, when he got her piss drunk, and she was scared shitless the next morning. Not something that would really be funny IRL, or in the hands of a lesser show (Futurama is Great)
 
Are you saying that getting a woman who wouldn’t have had sex with you sober, drunk in order to lower their defenses and fuck her, regardless of how much she’s going to remember the next morning (if anything at all) isn’t a form of rape?
 
Because mutual consent plays little to absolutely no part in that arrangement.

Because I have never heard someone attempt to equate pity sex, the act of having sex with someone to at least give them something good in their otherwise crappy life that you feel sorry they have to live, with the act of forcibly having sexual intercourse with an unwilling partner.

Tricking someone into having sex with you, in particular whilst getting them drunk, since they wouldn’t consent to it otherwise, is a form of rape. I know it’s played up for laughs and not to be taken seriously, but I just find it funny how nobody ever brings that up with this scene.

How the hell was Zapp Brannigan a bland and poorly thought character? He’s pretty much the funniest satire of Captain Kirk ever and delivers a good chunk of the show’s funny lines.

Flash can’t possibly have the appreciation for fine velour that Zapp possesses.
