She does link to her base in the description of this drawing, and the description of the base links to JunglePony’s drawing, though it’s kinda hard to find that link. So it’s more a case of really, really poor sourcing than actual art theft.

I think Junglepony forgot that the baby has horn. As for the image above, it didn’t seem so awful on the thumbnail.
