Sorry, I didn’t seem to get a notification on your reply, only just now checking back on this image.
The show left a lot of mysterious magical elements unexplained, including the rainbows that can appear as bridges connecting the worlds. It’s apparently a bit of a tough trip too, a bit more difficult to fly along it or something.
Rainbows in general are considered extremely powerful serious magic there too. There are villains who are more than happy to capture and use colorful rainbow magic for their own uses.
They visited about 4, 5 or 6 times, I’d have to rewatch some episodes to be sure. Usually they don’t stay very long, just fetching Megan and possibly her brother Danny and sister Molly.
It’s always been just one or two pegasi that visit, this is the only time a flutterpony has visited Earth too.
Rainbow inflation! The economy is tanking!
…sorry.
I wonder how the g1 ponies would feel if they found out that Equestria just makes rainbows by the boatloads.

Ah. That is interesting. Did the show ever explain how the human world and Equis (I just title their world such) were connected?
Usually Megan and her siblings are already in Dream Valley when a new story begins.

How often did they visit Earth? (And wouldn’t the ponies get an uncanny vibe from the non-talking ponies?)
