Yep. Optimus have destroyed both Unicron and Megatron/Galvatron at the end of the Unicron Trilogy. Some of the Decepticons loyal to the Decepticon cause as well as Megatron/Galvatron’s cause including Starscream (though disloyal to Megatron/Galvatron), Snowcat, Demolisher, Crumplzone and Ransack, Thunderblast and a minority of Terrorcons as well as Unicron’s former heralds from Planet X Sideways, Soundwave and Laserbeak were still at large at the end of the Unicron Trilogy.

Well, it looks like Unicron act as one of the two main villains (alongside Megatron/Galvatron) of the entire Unicron Trilogy. Despite not appearing in the Cybertron cartoon/anime sense he was destroyed by the Primus-empowered Optimus Supreme.

Any of his bodies, you mean.

So many bodies, one for each timeline, all inhabited by the same entity.

Same with Primus, but I digress.

The Unicron in Prime is the same one that got pwned by Rodimus Prime in the 80s movie, as well as the one that created the Mini-Cons for Armada, only to get a rainbow body in Energon, and he was also the same Unicron who had one of his bodies become a black hole that was dealt with by the Galaxy Force in Cybertron.

He’s also the same Unicron that cloned a version of Optimus Prime to create the version of Nemesis Prime that we saw in the Universe conflict.

One is a horse with a single horn on its head that prances around all sparkly. One is a giant planet-eating transforming robot with two horns that brings chaos and oblivion wherever it goes. Know the difference. It may save your life.
