The vulva is the most variable part of the body. It’s actually more recognizable than the face in most cases (other than the vulva being covered most of the time). Some fillies do have a somewhat more belly-ish orientation of the parts that pee. But they don’t pee frankly forwards like that. At the very least her stream should be aimed straight down. And more likely, backwards.
