Given Pinkie’s question and the last panel I was expecting an ’Watch it for the plot” tag. I was disappointed. I thought that was what the punchline was about. Did I facepalm for nothing?

What makes you think getting removed from continuity will suck less if you’re awake? I’d rather it happen while I’m sleeping, less chance I’ll be in the middle of something, plus I’d rather not be aware of the process when it happens, it’s probably terrifying.

Homer had finally cleared his debts, so he left his work at the nuclear powerplant and started to work in a bowling alley.  
It is the best time of his life, when Marge suddenly gets pregnant.  
Seeing that they can’t support another child with his salary, he is forced to return to his bad job at the nuclear powerplant, and he blames everything bad in his life on his unborn child.  
But when she is born, he fells in love with her.  
And the missing baby photos?  
 
The only thing that makes him survive the day.
